CONQUER 2010 THE NEW CONFIDENT YOU


THE TOP 5 THINGS YOU CAN DO RIGHT NOW


1. CHANGE YOUR HABITS

Break your habits. Come up with a game plan. Exchange you bad habit with a new one.

Eat breakfast everyday

Spend the first hour each morning exercising.

Eating fruit for dessert.

Only eat a the dinnertable makes you feel fuller.


2. CONTROL YOUR PORTIONS

Divide up your plate.

Three quarters should be salad or veges.

Other quarter should be protein such as fish, chicken breast or lean red meat.


3. BE PREPARED

Be organised.

Open your pantry and fridge / freezer.

Get rid of anything that is not going to help you achieve your goals.

Go shopping not on an empty stomach.
